Diane Codding’s work focuses on addressing issues of equity, diversity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ) in K-12 and higher education, with a specific focus on DEIJ in STEM education, antiracist praxis, and culturally responsive pedagogy. She is a member of the Research Team of the NSF IUSE Inclusive STEM Teaching Project, and the NSF INCLUDES Aspire Alliance. She earned her Ph.D. in Education from the University of Delaware, where she specialized in sociocultural and community-based approaches in education.
